These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites listed above (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Casto Land Inc. DBA RT 60 Storage. By using the Site, renting a unit, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Offered

We offer:

  • Self-storage unit rentals
  • Climate-controlled storage (at select locations)
  • On-site and portable container rentals
  • Online account access and payments



3. Account Access & Payments

Customers may manage their accounts and make payments online.

  • Payments are due as stated in your rental agreement.
  • All debit and credit card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee, in addition to the base cost.
  • Late payments may result in access restrictions or late fees.
  • Units unpaid after the grace period may be subject to lockout or lien sale in accordance with West Virginia law.



4. Deposits, Lockouts & Enforcement

Deposits may be required and are held for potential damages or unpaid rent.

If rent is not paid, we reserve the right to:

  • Restrict gate or unit access
  • Apply late fees
  • Proceed with legal lien enforcement



5. Use of Units

Tenants may not use units for:

  • Living or sleeping
  • Storing flammables, perishables, hazardous materials, or illegal goods
  • Business operations or any activity prohibited by law



6. Climate-Controlled Units

Climate-controlled units offer moderate temperature regulation but are not guaranteed to maintain specific temperatures or humidity levels. Store sensitive items at your own risk.



7. Security Measures

RT 60 Storage properties may be equipped with:

  • Surveillance cameras
  • Gated or keycode access systems
  • These are for deterrence purposes only and do not guarantee security. Tenants are responsible for locking their units and maintaining personal insurance if desired.



8. No Warranties

Storage units are rented as-is. We make no warranties regarding unit condition, environmental conditions, or uninterrupted access to the facility.



9. Credit & Debit Card Surcharge

All payments made via credit or debit card will be charged a 4% processing fee above the base rental or product cost. This fee covers payment gateway and merchant charges and is non-refundable.



10. Non-Dispute / Chargeback Waiver

You agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback or dispute unless the charge was unauthorized.

Once access to the unit is granted, the rental is considered accepted.

Improper disputes may result in legal fees, processing charges, and revocation of storage access.



11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen items
  • Water damage, mold, fire, or weather-related loss
  • Downtime or access issues due to maintenance or outages
  • Any indirect, special, or consequential damages

Tenants are strongly advised to carry renters or storage insurance for stored items.



12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia. All disputes must be resolved in Cabell County, WV.
